摘 要:顶岗支教是高师院校人才培养的一种创新模式。公费师范生在顶岗支教过程中,其生活、学习、工作及心理方面均会遇到困难,且不同的实习阶段指导需求也会发生变化。为加强对公费师范生的培养指导,高师院校应在不同时期给予不同形式的针对性指导,重视岗前培训,加强岗中培训指导特别是课堂管理能力的指导,岗后反思总结不容忽视。同时还应加强与支教学校及地方政府的沟通交流,为顶岗支教实习的公费师范生的成长保驾护航。It is an innovative mode of talent training in normal colleges to provide voluntary education.Public funded normal university students will encounter difficulties in life,study,work and psychology in the process of volunteer teaching,and their guidance needs will also change in different internship stages.In order to strengthen the training and guidance of public funded normal university students,normal universities should give different forms of targeted guidance in different periods,attach importance to pre-job training,strengthen on-the-job training and guidance,especially the guidance of classroom management ability,and the post-job reflection and summary can not be ignored.At the same time,it is also necessary to strengthen the communication with volunteer education schools and local governments,so as to escort the growth of government-funded normal university students.
