摘　　要：改革职前教育实习模式是近年来美国教师教育项目变革的现实需要和重要内容。亚利桑那州立大学将教师同伴合作与传统的“一对一”指导模式结合起来,构建出小组合作教育实习模式,这种教育实习模式具有团队成员交互共享经验、课堂教学分层自主管理、实习管理注重过程反馈等特点。小组合作教育实习模式的有益经验及困境,可以为我国职前教师教育实习的形式和管理创新提供一定启示。Reforming the preservice teacher education internship model is a practical need and important content for the reform of American teacher preparation programs in recent years.Arizona State University combines teacher peer coaching with the traditional“one-to-one”guidance model to build a team-based education internship model.This model has team members interacting and sharing experience,class teaching independent management,and practicum management focus features such as process feedback.China can try to draw on the beneficial experience of the team-based model and innovate the form and management of preservice teacher education internship.
