摘　　要：高校创新创业生态系统的基本特性体现了创新创业生态系统是推动情境、组织等元素嵌入人才培育与创新价值创造过程的有效结构,如何提高对其治理水平业已成为加快创新创业人才培养及释放高校创新势能的核心问题。将组织治理作为切入视点,围绕我国高校创新创业生态系统治理在建构意义、组织机构、系统运转等方面面临的困境,采用单案例分析方法,以国内创新创业典型经验高校G大学为例,基于质性数据编码分析,探索高校创新创业生态系统的治理体系,为促进其成为真正的可持续价值共创系统提供参考。分析发现,高校管理者是治理体系的主导主体,生态系统组织层次、生态系统环境要素是治理体系的关键部分,根据治理对象与治理背景的差异可综合运用契约机制、考核机制、错位发展机制、利益关联机制、情感传递机制提升治理效能;基于此,提炼出各高校创新创业生态系统治理体系的理论模型,总结出案例高校重视治理体系主导主体的领导功能、满足相关行动者的社会情感需要、汲取学校或学科特色发展的智慧以及强调各类组织创新资源的生产等四大方面实践经验。The basic characteristics of the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in colleges and universities reflect that the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem is an effective structure to promote the situation,organization and other elements embedded in the process of talent cultivation and innovation value creation.How to improve its governance level has become the core problem of accelerating the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents and releasing the innovation efficiency of colleges and universities.From the perspective of organizational governance,this paper focuses on the difficulties faced by the governance of innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in colleges and universities in China in terms of construction significance,organizational structure,system operation,etc.By taking G University,a typical experience university in innovation and entrepreneurship in China,as an example,based on qualitative data coding analysis,a single case analysis method is used to explores the governance system of innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in colleges and universities,hoping to provide reference for promoting it to become a real sustainable value co-creation system.It is found that university managers are the leading subject of the governance system,and the organizational level of the ecosystem and the environmental elements of the ecosystem are the key parts of the governance system.According to the differences between the governance object and the governance background,the contract mechanism,the assessment mechanism,the dislocation development mechanism,the interest correlation mechanism and the emotional transmission mechanism can be comprehensively used to improve the governance efficiency.Based on this,a theoretical model of the governance system of innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in colleges and universities is put forward,and four aspects of practical experience are summarized,such as attaching importance to the leadership function of the leading body of the governance sy
