摘 要:[目的]思考如何基于课程化思想更好地开展现代中医师承教育,以期为中医人才的培养创造更多可能性。[方法]从现代中医师承教育的内涵和发展现状出发,提出“师承教育课程化”的理论观点,并基于中医师承教育与后现代课程观的契合之处,融入“4R”课程设计标准,从目标、内容、形式和评价四方面论述北京中医药大学中医师承教育课程化的探索与实践,再结合理论和实践,思考如何更好地开展现代中医师承教育。[结果]在后现代课程观指导下,发展现代中医师承教育需要从师承制度、育人意识和反馈机制几个方面出发,通过建立严格的师承教育制度,强化师承课程化意识,注重即时反馈等手段,切实提高师承教育育人效果。[结论]“师承教育课程化”是现代师承教育的创新和发展,有利于师承教育更好地融入院校教育,提高中医人才的培养成效。[Objective]To think about how to better carry out modern traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)apprentice education based on the idea of curriculum,so as to create more possibilities for the training of TCM talents.[Methods]From the connotation and present situation of modern TCM apprentice education,it put forward“curriculum of TCM apprentice education”theory.Then basing on the TCM apprentice education and the fit of the post-modern perspective on curriculum,it applied the“4R”course design standards to expound the exploration and practice of Beijing University of Chinese Medicines'curriculum of TCM apprentice education,in the aspects of the target,content,form and evaluation.Then combining the theory and practice,this paper discussed how to carry out modern TCM apprentice education better.[Results]Under the guidance of post-modern curriculum,the development of modern TCM apprentice education depends on apprentice system,educational consciousness and feedback mechanism.The effect of apprentice education can be improved effectively through establishing a strict apprentice education system,strengthening the awareness of apprentice training curriculum and paying attention to immediate feedback.[Conclusion]“Curriculum of TCM apprentice education”is the innovation and development of modern TCM apprentice education,which is conducive to integrating apprentice education into college education and improve the training effect of TCM talents.
