摘 要:目的通过比较不同的见习带教模式,探讨新冠疫情防控常态化下,多媒体互联网技术在眼科实习教学中的作用及优势。方法将2021年6月15日-2021年12月15日在北京某三甲医院进行眼科学见习的临床医学36名五年制医学生随机分为对照组和研究组各18名。研究组采取交互式教学模式,对照组采用传统见习教学模式带教。实习结束后两组学生进行理论基础、临床实践、典型案例分析及病历书写等考核,教学满意度调查比较两组教学效果的差异。结果研究组学生在眼科基础理论知识、临床实践考核、典型病例分析考核中平均得分分别为82.8±5.98分,82.3±4.33分和79.8±3.12分,得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组病历书写优质率为83.33%,高于对照组的病历书写优质率61.1%。教学满意度调查显示,研究组教学模式更利于学生对眼科学知识的掌握和运用,教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新冠疫情防控常态化背景下,以多媒体互联网技术为核心的教学模式在眼科临床见习带教中较传统教学模式更具优势,实习生的认同度更高。Objectives By comparing different models of apprenticeship teaching,to explore the role and advantages of multimedia Internet technology in ophthalmology practice teaching under the normal prevention and control of the novel coronavirus.Methods A total of 365-year clinical medical students who were enrolled as ophthalmology interns in a Three A and Tertiary Hospital in Beijing from June 15th,2021 to December 15th,2021were randomly divided into control group and study group with 18 students in each group.The study group adopted interactive teaching mode,while the control group adopted traditional apprentice teaching mode.After the end of the internship,the students in the two groups were assessed by theoretical basis,clinical practice,typical case analysis and medical record writing,and the difference of teaching effect between the two groups was compared through teaching satisfaction survey.Results The average scores of students in the study group were 82.8±5.98 points,82.3±4.33 points and 79.8±3.12 points in the examination of basic theoretical knowledge of ophthalmology,clinical practice and typical case analysis,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The good writing rate of medical records in the study group was 83.33%,higher than that in the control group(61.1%).The teaching satisfaction survey showed that the teaching mode of the research group was more conducive to students'mastery and application of ophthalmology knowledge,and the teaching satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Under the background of the normal prevention and control of the novel coronavirus epidemic,the teaching mode with multimedia Internet technology as the core had more advantages than the traditional teaching mode in clinical ophthalmic probation teaching,and the interns had higher recognition.
