纽马克翻译理论视角下唐诗文化负载词翻译研究

摘　　要：唐诗是中华文化宝库中的一颗明珠,是唐朝人民智慧的结晶。唐诗蕴含着大量的文化负载词,承载着深厚的历史文化底蕴。本文首先对这些文化负载词进行了细致的梳理和归类,将唐诗的文化负载词大致分为三类:古词语文化负载词、口语文化负载词、诗文文化负载词。然后,运用纽马克的语义翻译和交际翻译理论,通过大量实例对汉学家宇文所安、翻译泰斗许渊冲等人的唐诗英译本中的文化负载词翻译进行了深入具体的分析。本研究旨在为唐诗翻译研究提供一个新的理论视角,也为宇文所安等译者的唐诗翻译策略及诗学思想的探究提供借鉴,同时也为文化负载词的英译研究提供一个新的方向。Poetry in Tang Dynasty is a pearl in the treasure house of Chinese culture,as well as a masterpiece of the people's wisdom in Tang Dynasty,and it also contains a large number of culture-loaded words and carries profound historical and cultural connotations.This paper first classifies these culture-loaded words in details,and roughly divides these culture-loaded words of Tang poetry into three categories:ancient culture-loaded words,spoken culture-loaded words,and poetic culture-loaded words.Second,based on Newmark's theory of semantic translation and communicative translation,this paper makes a thorough and concrete analysis of the translation on culture-loaded words in the English versions of Tang poems by sinologist Stephen Owen and others through a large number of examples.This study provides a new theoretical perspective for the study of Tang poetry translation,and also provides a reference for the study of translation strategies in Tang poetry and poetic thoughts of translators such as Stephen Owen,and also provides a new direction for the study of translation on culture-loaded words.
