摘　　要：人工智能时代,以神经机器翻译为代表的机器翻译持续发展,对语言学习和翻译造成了深刻影响。《所有人的机器翻译:在人工智能时代为用户赋能》一书围绕九大机器翻译热点话题,介绍了基于现代机器学习的机器翻译以及神经机器翻译的相关知识,并讨论了机器翻译使用引发的伦理问题、机器翻译在语言学习中的应用以及用户如何通过译前编辑、译后编辑和技术定制化充分利用机器翻译等多方面内容。该书论证了机器翻译对语言学习和翻译的重要促进作用,形成了较为完善的机器翻译知识谱系,对机器翻译学习、教学和研究均有助益。In the age of artificial intelligence,machine translation,represented by neural machine translation,continues to develop,exerting profound impact on language learning and translation.Focusing on nine hot topics,the book Machine Translation for Everyone Empowering Users in the Age of Artificial Intelligence introduces contemporary machine⁃learning based machine trans⁃lation and neural machine translation,and discusses ethical issues arising from the use of ma⁃chine translation,the application of machine translation in language learning,and the way users make full use of machine translation through pre⁃editing,post⁃editing and customization of the technology.The book demonstrates the important contribution of machine translation to language learning and translation and sets up a relatively complete knowledge spectrum of machine trans⁃lation,which is useful for machine translation learning,teaching and research.
