摘 要:[目的]分析江苏省公共卫生机构人员工作满意度现状及其影响因素,为政府制定卫生政策提供科学依据。[方法]基于综合激励模型设计工作满意度调查问卷,抽取江苏省卫健委下属的各级公共卫生机构共238家进行电子问卷调查,回收问卷10302份,使用SPSS统计软件进行处理与统计分析。[结果]江苏省公共卫生机构人员工作总体满意度得分为(132.22±23.38)分,其中,对工作效价满意度得分最低为(14.08±4.73)分,对自身工作能力满意度得分最高为(20.44±2.87)分,独立样本t检验和单因素方差分析结果显示机构类型、性别、年龄、学历和职称是工作满意度的影响因素(P<0.05)。[结论]江苏省公共卫生机构人员工作总体满意度不高,应从加强政府主导作用、优化薪酬分配结构、重视中青年骨干人才培养、完善人员聘任方式等方面制定切合实际的政策措施和激励手段提高员工的工作满意度。Objective To analyze the job satisfaction of public health personnel and its influencing factors in Jiangsu Province,so as to provide scientific basis for the government to formulate health policies.Methods Based on the comprehensive incentive model,a job satisfaction questionnaire was designed.A total of 238 public health institutions at all levels under Jiangsu Commission of Health were selected for online surveys.10302 questionnaires were collected,and SPSS statistical software was used for processing data and statistical analysis.Results The overall job satisfaction of personnel in public health institutions in Jiangsu Province was(132.22±23.38),among which the lowest score was(14.08±4.73)for job efficacy satisfaction,and the highest score was(20.44±2.87)for satisfaction with own work ability.The results of Independent Samples T-Test and one factor analysis of variance showed that types of institutions,gender,age,education background and professional title were the influencing factors of job satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusions The overall job satisfaction of personnel in public health institutions in Jiangsu Province is not high.Practical policies and incentives should be developed to improve the job satisfaction of employees from the aspects of strengthening the leading role of the government,optimizing the salary distribution structure,paying attention to the training of young and middle-aged backbone talents,and improving the appointment of personnel.
