摘 要:目的基于岗位胜任力视角分析常州市住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)师资技能竞赛结果,为提高不同学科带教师资的岗位胜任力提供参考和借鉴。方法选取72名临床不同专业教师参加住培师资技能竞赛。竞赛共分为两个阶段:第一阶段为多站式考核形式的基本技能竞赛,包括教案书写、病历修改、病史采集与体格检查、专科技能与急诊技能操作;第二阶段为教学实践竞赛,包括教学小讲座和教学查房。每一站采用百分制评分量表进行评分。结果组间比较一阶段全科组总得分最低,与大内科组和大外科组相比有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同站间比较一阶段教案书写站总得分最低,与其他站相比有统计学意义(均P<0.05);一阶段教学能力得分各组均较低,其中全科医学组为最低,较其他组相比有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论住培师资的基本教学能力(包括教案书写、病历修改等)有待提高,另外需进一步加强全科医师规范化培训师资能力培养,全面提高各专业师资的岗位胜任力。Objective To analyse the results of the standardized residency training teacher skills competition for resident doctors in Changzhou from the competency perspective,and to provide reference for improving the post competence of residential training teachers.Methods 72 teachers from different medical specialties participated in this competition.The competition was divided into two stages:the first stage was multistation assessment which included teaching plan writing,medical record modification,medical history collection and physical examination,technical skills and emergency skills operation(recognized as basic clinical skills);the second stage was a teaching practice competition,including teaching lectures and teaching rounds(recognized as basic teaching skills).Each station used a percentile rating scale.Results The total score rate of the first-stage general practice group was the lowest among the groups(P<0.05);The total score rate of the first-stage teaching plan writing station was the lowest compared with other stations(P<0.05);The first-stage teaching ability score rate was lower in all groups,among which the general practice group was the lowest compared with other groups(P<0.01).Conclusions To comprehensively improve the post competency of the standardized residency training teachers,it is necessary to strengthen the training of the basic teaching abilities of the standardized residency training teachers and especiallyforgeneral practitioner.
