摘  要:教师队伍建设影响着本科层次职业教育的发展方向和发展质量。为丰富本科层次职业教育教师队伍建设的理论基础、提升发展质量,对二十所本科层次职业院校质量年度报告中关于教师队伍建设的内容进行研究发现:二十所院校在实现人才强校、完善师资结构、提升“双师”素质、加强制度建设等方面存在共性特征,但也面临着目标设置与方向偏移、师资供给与需求错位、“双师”结构不合理、“双师”制度不完善等问题。为此,可以通过廓清边界,明确类型属性;提质培优,加大引育力度;激发动能,完善制度保障等举措,加快本科层次职业教育教师队伍建设的高质量发展。The construction of the teacher team affects the development direction and quality of undergraduate vocational education.In order to further enrich the theoretical foundation of the undergraduate vocational education teacher team and improve the quality of development,a study was conducted on the content of teacher team construction in the annual quality reports of twenty undergraduate vocational universities.It was found that the twenty colleges have common characteristics in achieving talent strengthening,improving teacher structure,enhancing the"dual teacher"quality,and strengthening institutional construction,but also facing issues such as deviation in goal setting and direction,mismatch between teacher supply and demand,"dual teacher"structure unreasonable,and lack of institutional policies and assessments.To achieve this,it is possible to clarify boundaries and type attributes;improve quality and increase efforts in introduction and cultivation;stimulate momentum and improve institutional guarantees to accelerate the high-quality development of undergraduate vocational education teacher team construction.
