摘　　要：《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》(GB2762—2022)将于2023年6月30日实施,为了更好地领会标准变化,本文对比新旧两个版本标准,从铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)、砷(As)、铬(Cr)、亚硝酸盐、苯并[a]芘和多氯联苯指标限量值的变化、检测方法的变化以及附录A食品类别(名称)的变化进行详细解读,为食品生产企业调整产品质量要求、制定企业标准提供依据,为检验机构及监管部门对各类食品的质量安全监管提供参考。GB 2762—2022 will be implemented on June 30,2023.In order to better understand the changes in standards,this paper compares the old and new versions of standards,from lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd),mercury(Hg),arsenic(As),chromium(Cr),nitrite,benzo[a]pyrene and polychlorinated biphenyls.The changes in the limit values of the indicators,the changes in the detection methods,and the changes in the food categories(names)in Appendix A have made a detailed interpretation,providing a basis for food manufacturers to adjust product quality requirements and formulate enterprise standards,and providing reference for inspection agencies and regulatory authorities to supervise the quality and safety of various foods.
