摘 要:文章以系统复杂学习论为视角探寻卓越教师F过去15年的学习过程,大致经历“积蓄力量:做不抗拒‘折腾’的觉醒者”“快速成长:做自身专业发展的突破者“”成果辐射:做社会责任的践行者”三个阶段,这一过程可以理解为不断前行的学习系统,“反思“”共同体“”行动“”概念输入“”学生反馈”五大要素相互协同,构成了内在组织力,市、区、校相关政策措施构成了外在组织力,内外组织力共同作用促进了系统的有效运转。这启示我们,对教师的培养,要创设学习环境,形成有效的外在组织力;关注要素协同,形成有效的内在组织力;注重持续连贯,促进学习系统的不断完善。From the perspective of systematic complex learning theory,this paper explores the learning process of excellent teacher F in the past 15 years,which has roughly gone through three stages:“accumulating strength:being an irresistible awakening”,“rapid growth:being a breakthrough in their own professional development”,and“achievement radiation:being a practitioner of social responsibility”.This process is understood as a continuous learning system.The five elements of“reflection”,“community”,“action”,“concept input”,and“student feedback”work together to form an internal organizational force.The relevant policies and measures of the city,district,and school form an external organizational force.The internal and external organizational forces work together to promote the effective operation of the system.The research inspiration includes:creating a learning environment and forming an effective external organizational force;paying attention to the coordination of elements to form an effective internal organizational force;paying attention to continuous coherence and promoting the continuous progress of the learning system.
