摘 要:【目的】探明钼锌肥配施对冬小麦籽粒品质的影响,为钼锌肥的应用及冬小麦籽粒品质的改善提供参考。【方法】在河南省冬小麦产区开展叶面喷施钼锌试验,以喷施清水为CK,设置喷施0.10%钼肥、喷施0.10%锌肥、喷施0.10%钼肥+0.10%锌肥处理,考察不同处理小麦籽粒品质的变化。【结果】叶面单独施钼、单独施锌和钼锌配施能有效提高冬小麦籽粒中支链淀粉含量,在一定程度上能增加淀粉总量;钼锌配施能有效提高冬小麦籽粒中醇溶蛋白和麦谷蛋白含量。与CK相比,钼锌配施冬小麦籽粒中钼含量提高0.03~0.09 mg/kg,增幅为10.34%~39.13%;锌含量增加0.88~4.34 mg/kg,增幅为3.65%~18.11%。【结论】冬小麦叶面喷施钼肥与锌肥均能有效提高籽粒中支链淀粉含量,钼锌配施能有效提高籽粒中醇溶蛋白和麦谷蛋白含量,钼锌肥在优质冬小麦生产中具有较高的应用价值。【Objective】The effect of Mo+Zn combined application on grain quality of winter wheat is discussed to provide a reference for application of Mo and Zn fertilizer and grain quality improvement of winter wheat.【Method】The effect of Mo and Zn fertilizer treatments(0.10%Mo fertilizer,0.10%Zn fertilizer and 0.10%Mo+0.10%Zn fertilizer)on grain quality of winter wheat is studied by taking spraying clean water treatment as CK.【Result】Three treatments all can improve amylopectin content in grains of winter wheat effectively and increase total starch content in grains of winter wheat to a certain degree.The Mo and Zn combined application can increase prolamin and glutenin content in grains of winter wheat effectively.The Mo content in grains of winter wheat sprayed by Mo and Zn combined fertilizer increases by 0.03-0.09 mg/kg with 10.34%-39.13%increasing range compared with CK.The Zn content in grains of winter wheat sprayed by Mo and Zn combined fertilizer increases by 0.88-4.34 mg/kg with 3.65%-18.11%increasing range compared with CK.【Conclusion】Spraying Mo and Zn fertilizer to leaves both can improve amylopectin content in grains of winter wheat effectively.Spraying Mo+Zn combined fertilizer can increase prolamin and glutenin content in grains of winter wheat effectively.Mo and Zn fertilizer has the higher application value in production of quality winter wheat.
