A Study on the Relationship Between Innovative Human Resource Management and Sustained Competitiveness of Manufacturing Companies——Based on the Mediating Effect of TQM

摘  要:为了探究TQM在创新人力资源管理与企业持续竞争力间的作用关系,以制造业企业为例构建创新人力资源管理、TQM和企业持续竞争力的概念模型,运用AMOS和SPSS定量测度创新人力资源管理与企业持续竞争力的关系以及TQM的中介作用。研究结果显示:创新人力资源管理与企业持续竞争力正向相关关系统计学显著,TQM在它们中间起到部分中介作用;加强TQM有利于提高制造业企业持续竞争力;最后提出建立TQM和创新人力资源管理相结合的管理体系,提高企业TQM能力,加强TQM在企业可持续竞争力中的应用的政策建议。To investigate the role of TQM in the relationship between innovative human resource management and sustainable competitiveness of enterprises,this study constructs a conceptual model of innovative human resources,TQM,and sustainable competitiveness of enterprises with manufacturing enterprises as an example,and uses AMOS and SPSS to quantitatively measure the relationship between innovative human resource management and sustainable competitiveness of companies and the mediating role of TQM.The results of the study show that the positive correlation between innovative human resource management and sustainable competitiveness of enterprises is statistically significant,and TQM plays a partially mediating role between them.Strengthening TQM is conducive to improving the sustained competitiveness of manufacturing companies.The study concludes with policy recommendations for establishing a management system that combines TQM and innovative human resource management;improving corporate TQM capabilities;and strengthening the application of TQM in sustainable corporate competitiveness.
