摘　　要：面对全面建设中国式现代化的新征程,高等职业院校应明确以工匠精神为核心的素质教育理念,引领新时代工匠精神融入课程思政,重塑双课堂并重教学文化生态,形成基于综合素质的评价范式,构建多元协同的人才培养模式,积极探索具有普适性的中国特色职业教育工匠精神培育新模式。In the face of the new journey of comprehensively building Chinese path to modernization,higher vocational colleges should clarify the quality education concept with craftsman spirit as the core,combine the craftsman spirit in the new era with the ideological and political courses,reshape the teaching culture ecology with equal emphasis on dual classrooms,form an evaluation paradigm based on comprehensive quality,build a diversified and collaborative talent training model,and actively explore a new model of craftsman spirit cultivation in vocational education with Chinese characteristics with universal applicability.
