六步教学法在“数控机床故障诊断与维修”课程中的应用

摘　　要：针对“数控机床故障诊断与维修”课程教学中存在的问题,采用德国行动导向六步教学法进行课程设计和实践应用,以“资讯、计划、决策、实施、检查、评价”为主要教学过程,学生在做中理解知识点,真正实现“任务引领、教师主导、学生主体”的教学特点。教学实践结果表明,该教学模式的运用不仅强化了学生自主学习能力和团队合作意识,而且课程的有效教学质量也得到极大提升。Aiming at the existing problems found out in teaching of“Fault Diagnosis and Maintenance of CNC machine Tools”,the German action-oriented six-step teaching method is adopted for curriculum design and practical application.The main teaching process is"information,planning,decision-making,implementation,inspection and evaluation".Students understand knowledge in doing,and really achieving the teaching characteristics of"task leading,teacher leading and student as the main body".According to the teaching practice result,it shows that this teaching pattern can’t build their autonomy and team work ca-pacity only,but also highly improve the course of the effective teaching quality.
