摘  要:工匠精神是职业道德、职业能力、职业品质的体现,是从业者的一种职业价值取向和行为表现。在高职教育教学中融入工匠精神,能够使学生形成爱岗敬业、精益求精、专注执着、勇于创新的精神,满足社会和企业对人才的需求,提高人才培养质量。高职院校应优化课程教学设计,注重思政实践教学,创新思政教学方法,发挥文化育人作用,开展教师培训,促进工匠精神和思政教学融合,发挥工匠精神的育人作用。The spirit of craftsmanship is a manifestation of professional ethics,professional abilities,and professional qualities,and is a professional value orientation and behavioral expression of practitioners.Integrating the spirit of craftsmanship into higher vocational education can help students develop a spirit of dedication,excellence,dedication,and innovation,meet the needs of society and enterprises for talents,and improve the quality of talent cultivation.Higher vocational colleges should optimize course teaching design,focus on practical teaching of ideological and political education,innovate teaching methods of ideological and political education,play the role of cultural education,carry out teacher training,promote the integration of craftsmanship spirit and ideological and political education,and play the educational role of craftsmanship spirit.
