摘  要:信息化时代背景下,数字技术与职业教育融合发展已经成为现实。高职院校教师应以怎样的姿态适应数字化技术的发展环境,如何运用数字技术实现专业发展已成为未来已来的课题。高职院校亟需提升综合治理水平,努力降低和克服数字鸿沟、环境缺陷和因治理缺位而导致的数字技术对教师专业发展的赋能力度,有针对性地解决教师数字技术素养薄弱、智慧校园基础建设滞后以及提升数字技术能力的激励机制不健全等问题,引导教师以数字技术重塑专业素质、强化专业精神、彰显专业身份,成为“德”“才”兼备、“教”“学”双修、“知”“行”合一的数字化高水平“双师型”教师,以满足高等职业教育高质量发展的需要。Under the background of the information age,the integrated development of digital technology and vocational education has become a reality.How should teachers in higher vocational colleges adapt to the development of digital technology environment and how to use digital technology to achieve professional development has become a future topic.It is urgent for higher vocational colleges to improve the level of comprehensive governance'and strive to reduce and overcome the empowerment of digital technology for teachers'professional development caused by digital divide,environmental defects and the absence of governance.At the same time,it is necessary to solve the problems such as weak digital technology literacy of teachers,lagging smart campus infrastructure construction and imperfect incentive mechanism for improving digital technology capability.It is crucial to guide teachers to use digital technology to rebuild professional quality,strengthen professional spirit,highlight professional identity,become a high-level“dual-qualified”digital teacher who is well-equipped with both moral and intellectual ability,teaching and learning,and knowledge and action,to meet the needs of highquality development of higher vocational education.
