摘　　要：民族院校大学生思想政治教育工作有其特殊性,准确把握其思想政治教育现状,从当前面临的矛盾和挑战出发,立足马克思主义理论学科的整体性,以新时代学校思想政治理论课改革创新为引领,从建立协同育人机制、多维度定位与实践的“大思政”格局需要、通过田野调查把握思想政治教育活动的基础事实,构建思想政治教育中的话语权等方面增强学生思想政治教育工作的针对性和实效性,以此来推动民族院校思想政治教育科学化发展。The ideological and political education in Minzu universities bears its uniqueness.This paper lies its basis on the current situation of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,the existing conflicts and challenges,the integrity of Maxist theoretical discipline,and the guidance of the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses in Minzu colleges in the new era.This paper aims at improving the pertinency and pragmaticality of the ideological and political education and promoting the scientific development of education practice in these universities.lt starts from several aspects including meeting the need of constructing collaborative education mechanism and ideological pattern of multidimensional targeting practice,the basic fact of ideological and political education practice through field study,and the construction of discourse power in ideological and political education.
