摘　　要：结合高职院校学生特点,提出教师课堂教学质量的评价指标,并依据层次分析法确定各级指标权重,最终得到教师课堂教学质量的模糊综合评价。该评价结果全面量化了教师教学质量在“优,良,中,差”水平上的程度,有助于教学部门针对性地开展教师教学能力提升方面的工作。Based on the characteristics of students in vocational colleges,the paper tries to recommend some evaluation indexes of teachers classroom teaching quality and determine the weights of the indexes.Then,it is important to obtain the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of teachers classroom teaching quality.The evaluation results comprehensively could quantify the degree of teachers teaching quality at the level of excellent,good,medium and poor scale.It is clear that the evaluation index is helpful for teaching administration departments to enhance the improvement of teachers teaching ability.
