摘  要:目的 观察以问题为中心(PBL)教学法在神经外科实习医学生带教中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年7月至2022年6月于我院神经外科实习的80名医学生为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40,传统教学)与观察组(n=40,PBL教学)。比较两组的教学效果。结果 观察组的理论知识和临床实践知识得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的提高学习积极性、提高查阅文献等相关资料的能力、提高解决临床问题的能力、增加与教师互动频率满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。教学后,观察组的中文版批判性思维量表(CTDI-CV)各维度评分与总分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法可以进一步提高神经外科实习医学生的学习成绩与教学满意度,同时培养其批判性思维能力。Objective To observe the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in the teaching of neurosurgery department internship medical students.Methods A total of 80 medical students who practiced in neurosurgery department in our hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the medical students were divided into control group(n=40,traditional teaching)and observation group(n=40,PBL teaching).The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of improving learning enthusiasm,improving the ability to access relevant literature and other materials,improving the ability to solve clinical problems and increasing the frequency of interaction with teachers in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of each dimension and total score of Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory Chinese Version(CTDI-CV)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method can further improve the academic performance and teaching satisfaction of neurosurgery department internship medical students,and cultivate their critical thinking ability.
