“微文化”背景下高职院校教师培养环境的生态学思考

摘  要:随着以信息内容多样化、知识碎片化、时空开放化、传播便捷化等为特征的“微文化”在校园的风行,高职院校出现了程度不同的教师教学科研“两翼”失衡、知识系统失整、理实教学失和、教师权威式微的趋向。借用生态学方法论开展研究发现,遵循选择性、整体性、动态性、差异性原则,创构教学科研“两翼”平衡的自身生态、知识系统与学习兴趣顺向平衡的教学生态、“产教融合”的场域生态和师生平等的文化生态,有助于“微文化”背景下教师培养环境的优化。Due to the popularity of“micro-culture”characterized by diversification of information content,fragmentation of knowledge,openness of time and space,and convenience of dissemination on campus,there has been a trend of imbalance of teachers’“two wings of teaching and scientific research”,disintegration of knowledge systems,loss of harmony in theoretical and practical teaching,and diminishing teacher authority in higher vocational colleges.Drawing on ecological methodology,it is found that based on the principles of selectivity,integrity,dynamics,and differentiation,the balanced self-ecology of the“two wings of teaching and scientific research”,the teaching ecology of the forward balance between knowledge system and learning interest,the field ecology of“industry-education integration”,and the equal cultural ecology of teachers and students should be constructed,which will contribute to the optimization of the teacher training environment in the context of“micro-culture”.
