摘　　要：为了有效提高中国特色社会主义建设者和接班人的劳动知识和技能,帮助他们树立正确的劳动价值观念,改善整体的劳动精神面貌,发挥劳动的综合育人功能,高校有必要对大学生进行劳动教育。高校劳动教育的理论源泉是马克思主义劳动观,继承着中华优秀传统文化的精神养料,体现了社会主义核心价值观的生动内涵,总结了鲜活生动的劳动实践经验。高校劳动教育具有实现中华民族伟大复兴、发扬社会主义新风尚、落实立德树人的根本任务和促进大学生全面发展的价值意蕴。高校要发挥劳动教育的价值引领和导向作用;发挥大学生的主体自觉作用,提升劳动教育的整体效果;发挥劳动实践的育人作用,推动劳动教育的创新发展;丰富劳动教育的载体,拓宽劳动教育的方式方法;提供制度保障,促进劳动教育的有序推进。In order to effectively improve the labor knowledge and skills of the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics,help them establish correct labor values,improve their overall labor spirit outlook,and give full play to the comprehensive education function of labor,it is necessary for colleges and universities to carry out labor education for college students.The theoretical source of labor education in colleges and universities is the Marxist view of labor,which inherits the spiritual nourishment of the excellent Chinese traditional culture,reflects the vivid connotation of the socialist core values,and summarizes the fresh and vivid experience of labor practice.Labor education in colleges and universities has the value implication of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,carrying forward the new socialist fashion,implementing the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,and promoting the comprehensive development of college and university students.Colleges and universities should give full play to the valueleading and guiding role of labor education;give full play to the main consciousness of college and university students to improve the overall effect of labor education;give full play to the educational role of labor practice to promote the innovative development of labor education;enrich the carrier of labor education and broaden the ways and methods of labor education;and provide institutional guarantee to promote the orderly promotion of labor education.
