摘　　要：如今,外卖食品已经成为大多数消费者日常饮食的首选,而外卖食品安全则成为我国食品安全的重点关注之一。通过对消费者外卖食品安全知识(Knowledge,K)、态度(Attitude,A)和行为(Practice,P)的调研,从消费者的角度分析目前我国外卖食品安全是否得到保障,并为提高我国外卖食品安全质量与外卖食品安全的发展给予指导与建议。Nowdays,takeout food has become the first choice of most consumers in their daily diet,and takeout food safety has become one of the key concerns of food safety in China.By investigating consumers'knowledge(K),attitude(A)and behavior(P)of takeout food safety,this paper analyzed whether the safety of takeout food in China was guaranteed at present from the perspective of consumers,and provided guidance and suggestions for improving the safety quality of takeout food and the development of takeout food safety in China.
