就业导向下高职院校外语教学改革探析

摘　　要：目前就业形势严峻,高校英语教学要顺应时代发展潮流,在教学上做出调整,以就业导向完成相应教学革新,确保学生所学英语知识技能具有实用价值,全面提升高校学生自身英语综合素养,在毕业后进入社会时,可以将英语技能充分应用于现实生活和职业岗位中。The current employment situation is severe,and English teaching in colleges and universities should conform to the trend of the times,make adjustments in teaching,and complete the corresponding teaching innovation with employment orientation.This will ensure that the English knowledge and skills of students have practical value,and improve the comprehensive English quality of college students.In this way students can fully apply English skills to real life and vocational positions after graduation.
