肿瘤内科教学应用循证医学联合PBL教学法的效果分析

摘  要:目的研究肿瘤内科教学应用循证医学联合基于问题的教学法(problem-based Learning,PBL)的效果。方法选取2020年9月—2021年6月中国人民解放军总医院第五医学中心的29名临床医学专业学生作为参照组;选取2021年9月—2022年6月29名临床医学专业学生作为研究组。参照组采取常规教学模式,研究组采用循证医学联合PBL教学法。评价两组教学效果。结果研究组理论知识、实践考核、综合能力、教学满意度均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤内科教学中,在循证医学基础上联合PBL教学法,有利于提高学生对理论与实践知识的理解能力,并且还可促进其综合能力提升,有助于提高教学满意度。Objective To study the effectiveness of the combined problem-based teaching method(problem-based Learning,PBL)in medical oncology.Methods 29 clinical medicine students from the Fifth Medical Center of PLA General Hospital from September 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the reference group;29 clinical medicine students from September 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research group.The reference group adopted the conventional teaching model,and the research group adopted the evidence-based medicine combined with PBL teaching method.To evaluate the teaching effect of the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge,practical examination,comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction of the research group were higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of oncology medicine,on the basis of evidence-based medicine,the combination of PBL teaching method is conducive to improving students'understanding of theoretical and practical knowledge,and can also promote their comprehensive ability,which is conducive to improving teaching satisfaction.
