摘 要:建筑学专业的“产教融合”由来已久,各高校都在积极探索适合自身特征的培养方案。该文聚集于非主流小规模建筑应用型高校的“产教融合”改革模式,首先在剖析建筑学工作室制的特征与不足的基础上,提出了工作室制与乡建探索结合在高校院系的优势。其次,通过对“一宅设计”工作室近几年在乡建层面如农宅设计服务、可视化平台搭建、学科竞赛推动、圆桌会分享等维度的实践进行归纳总结。最后提出以高校院系为主导、政企平台为支撑、乡建实践为核心、社会服务为目标的系统性产教融合优化策略,对教学体系、团队建设、实践模块作进一步改革思考,以拓展产教思路。The integration between industry and education in architecture has been implemented for a long time,universities are actively exploring training programs suitable for their own characteristics.In this paper,we focus on the reform mode of integration between industry and education in architecture in application-oriented universities,which is not the mainstream major.Firstly,based on the analysis of the characteristics and shortcomings of architectural studio system,we put forward the advantages of combining studio system and rural construction exploration in universities and departments.Secondly,we summarize the practice of Yizhai Design Studio in rural construction in recent years,such as rural house design services,visual platform construction,disciplinary competition promotion,round-table sharing and other dimensions.Finally,we propose a systematic optimization strategy of industry-education integration,which is led by colleges and departments,supported by government-enterprise platforms,centered on rural construction practice and targeted at social service.Further reform of teaching system,team building and practice modules is considered to expand the ideas of industry-education integration.
