基于毕业生调查的高职教师职业能力培养探究

摘　　要：高职教师职业能力培养是提高教师队伍整体素质的重中之重,更是高职院校师资队伍建设的重要组成部分。通过对高职毕业生的调查,反思高职教师的职业能力情况,并在此基础上探究高职教师职业能力培养的有效途径,旨在为高职教育提供参考。The cultivation of professional ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges is the most important part of improving the whole teaching staff,and it is also an important part of the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges.Through the questionnaire of higher vocational graduates,the professional ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges is reflected,and on this basis,the effective ways of vocational ability training of teachers in higher vocational colleges are explored,aiming to provide reference for higher vocational education.
