摘  要:幼师培养体系以专科和本科为主,“专升本”是一种重要的学历衔接模式。做好高职和本科的课程衔接,是实施职业教育体系衔接的关键。高职和应用本科的人才培养方案无衔接,课程重复设置,同一门课程无明显的层次递进关系,本科实践教育课时比例少,课程设置无弹性。制订多样化的人才培养方案,课程设置弹性化,课程内容模块化,课程学习灵活化,推进学分互认制,深化产教融合,加强实践教学等,是高职和本科教育衔接的重要举措。Preschool teachers are mainly trained by vocational education or undergraduate education,and the up-grading from vocational education to undergraduate education is an important model for the link of education.The link of curriculum between higher vocational education and undergraduate education is the key to the link of the vocational education system.There is no connection on talent training programs between higher vocational educa-tion and undergraduate education,and the curriculum is set repeatedly.For the same course,there is no obvious hierarchical relationship.The proportion of practice education is small in undergraduate education and the cur-riculum setting is inelastic.Making diversified talent training programs,setting up flexible curriculum system,making curriculum content modularized and curriculum learning flexible,promoting mutual recognition system for credit,deepening the integration between industry and education,and enhancing practice teaching are impor-tant measures for the link between higher vocational education and undergraduate education.
