高等财经职业教育的挑战与机遇

摘　　要：文章回顾了我国高等财经职业教育的发展历程,指出我国高等财经职业教育面临定位冲突、供给过剩、校企合作动力缺乏定位等挑战,同时也存在多种机遇:高等教育入学率的不断提升使高等财经职业教育的刚需依然强劲、职业教育本科的试点为高等财经职业教育提供了更大的空间、政府机关直属事业单位招聘职业院校学生将改变社会对高等财经类职业教育定位的看法。最后,文章提出从主动对接财经类本科教育、推进财经类职业院校的合并重组、注重高等财经职业院校的专业技能教育与综合素质教育协调发展等推进高等财经教育发展的建议。This article reviews the development history of Chinese higher vocational education of finance and economics.It points out that higher vocational education of finance and economics in China faces the challenges of positioning conflict,oversupply and lack of school-enterprise cooperation impetus,and so on.There are also multiple opportunities:the continuous improvement of the enrollment rate of higher education makes the rigid demand of higher finance and economics vocational education still strong,the pi⁃lot of vocational education undergraduate provides greater space for higher vocational education of finance and economics,and the recruitment of vocational college students by institutions directly under the government will change the social view on the position⁃ing of higher finance and economics vocational education.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the develop⁃ment of higher finance and economics education from the perspectives of actively connecting finance and economics undergraduate education,promoting the merger and reorganization of finance and economics vocational colleges,and paying attention to the coor⁃dinated development of professional skill education and comprehensive quality education of higher finance and economics vocation⁃al colleges.
