摘 要:实训体系建设是高职院校内涵建设的重要抓手,是培养高素质技术技能人才的重要途径,本文基于“双高计划”建设要求,依托“政、校、行、企、研”协同推进,紧扣贵州白酒和生态特色食品产业发展需要,从运行机制、运行模式、人才培养模式改革、双师队伍建设、“岗课赛证”融通等方面探索了高职院校酿酒技术专业群基于现代学徒制人才培养模式的实训体系建设路径,有效支撑了“双高计划”中技术技能人才培养高地和创新服务平台建设,对“双高”院校开展实训体系建设具有一定的借鉴参考意义。The construction of the practical training system is an important part of the construction of vocational colleges and an im-portant way to cultivate high-quality and skilled talents.Based on the requirements of the“double high-level”project,relying on the coordinated promotion of the government,the schools,the industry,the enterprises,and the research institutes,targeting at the devel-opment needs of Guizhou Baijiu and ecological characteristic food industry,this paper explores the construction path of the modern apprenticeship training system for liquor-making technology majors in vocational colleges from the aspects of operation mechanism and mode,talent training mode reformation,construction of teachers team,and integration of job,lesson,competition and certifica-tion.This paper effectively supports the construction of the high-quality and skilled talents training system and the innovative service platform,and has certain reference significance for the construction of the practical training system in“double high-level”colleges.
