摘　　要：目的评估客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)在临床药学本科实践技能考核中的应用效果。方法选取2021年3月至2021年12月在我院实习的50名皖南医学院药学院临床药学本科生进行OSCE 5个站点的实践技能考核,并对OSCE考试满意度进行问卷调查,采用多元线性回归分析OSCE考试满意度的影响因素。结果问卷信度检验Cronbach′sα为0.929,KMO为0.818。回收问卷50份,临床药学本科生对OSCE考试的总体满意度为97.2%。多元线性回归分析表明站点数目、就业压力和考研压力、心理因素是OSCE考试满意度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论OSCE考试模式应用于临床药学本科实践技能考核,有助于提升学生的综合素质和临床药学实践能力。Objective To evaluate the application effect of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)in the practical skills assessment of clinical pharmacy undergraduates.Methods A total of 50 clinical pharmcy undergraduates from the Pharmacy of Wannan Medical College who practiced in our hospital from March to December 2021 were selected for the practical skills assessment of OSCE at 5 stations,and the satisfaction of OSCE examination was investigated by questionnaire,and multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of satisfaction with OSCE.Results Cronbach′s and KMO were 0.929 and 0.818,respectively.50 questionnaires were collected,and the overall satisfaction of clinical pharmacy undergraduates with OSCE was 97.2%.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the number of sites,employment pressure and postgraduate entrance pressure,psychological factors were the influencing factors of satisfaction with OSCE(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of OSCE examination model in the practical skills assessment of clinical pharmacy under-graduates is helpful to improve students′comprehensive quality and clinical pharmacy practice ability.
