主考学校在国家自学考试中的地位和作用研究

摘　　要：主考学校开展高等教育自学考试,既是行政法规赋予的权利和职责,也是发挥高校资源和人才优势,积极构建终身教育体系的需要。随着高等教育大众化和学习需求多元化,高等教育自学考试面临着生源日益萎缩、培养要求不一、毕业生质量参差不齐等问题。部分高校退出自学考试主考行列,主考学校机构编制和人员配备出现不足,办学优势未能充分发挥。在新的发展阶段,应进一步认识和把握自学考试主考学校角色,充分发挥其重要作用,不断完善自学考试人才培养体系,为促进自学考试事业高质量发展提供坚强动力。It is not only the right and duty entrusted by administrative regulations for the examination charging schools,but also the need to give full play to the advantages of resources and talents in colleges and universities and actively construct lifelong education system.With the popularization of higher education and the diversification of learning needs,the self-taught examination of higher education is faced with many problems,such as the shrinking number of students,different training requirements and uneven quality of graduates.Some colleges and universities have stopped charging self-taught examination,many institutions and staffing of examination charging schools are insufficient,and their advantages have not been brought into full play.In the new stage of development,we should further understand and grasp the role of the self-taught examination school,give full play to its important role,and constantly improve its talents training system,providing a strong impetus for the high-quality development of self-taught examination.
