摘 要:印度产业结构转型升级、受教育者接受更高层次职业教育的新需求和现代职业教育体系的构建,迫切需要印度发展本科层次职业教育。为此,印度着力发展以工程技术教育为典型的专业高等教育、启动社区学院计划、设置职业学士学位和引入附加职业课程等,以完善本科层次职业教育体系;实施“国家职业教育资格框架”,构建本科层次职业教育纵横沟通机制;设置多元融合的专业和课程体系,培养高级应用技术型人才。这对我国本科层次职业教育达成实施共识、建立实施主体、构建实施机制、优化培养体系等具有重要启示和借鉴意义。India's industrial restructuring and upgrading,new demand for higher-level vocational education and construction of modern vocational education system urgently require India to develop undergraduate-level vocational education.For those reasons,India focuses on the development of professional higher education with engineering and technology education as the typical,launches the community college program,sets up vocational bachelor's degree and introduced additional vocational courses,so as to improve the vocational education system at the undergraduate level.India has implemented the"National Vocational Education Qualification Framework"and established a cross-disciplinary communication mechanism for vocational education at the undergraduate level.In addition,India has set up a diversified and integrated professional and curriculum system to cultivate talents with advanced applied technology.It is of great significance for our undergraduate vocational education to reach the implementation consensus,establish the implementation subject,construct the implementation mechanism,and optimize the training system.
