道家“不言之教”理念在当代临床带教中的价值探析

摘　　要：“不言之教”是先秦道家学派的教育理念。如何在“不言之教”中提高临床医生的带教能力,是摆在每位带教老师面前的重要课题。带教医生应以“道”修养自身的德行;用“心”培养医学生的悲悯情怀;勤“行”奠定医学生的探索精神。“Teaching with example instead of precept”is the educational philosophy of the Taoist school in the pre-Qin period.How to improve the teaching ability of clinicians in“teaching with example instead of precept”is an im-portant topic for every teaching teacher.Teaching doctors should cultivate their own virtues with“Dao”,cultivate the com-passion of medical students with“heart”,and cultivate the exploration spirit of medical students by“practice”.
