摘  要:目的:针对目前医学院校制药工程专业实践教学无法满足新工科建设的不足,将制药工程专业单一分散的实验课程构建为一体化实践教学模式,评价新的实践教学体系的教学效果,探索医学院校制药工程专业的实践教学新思路.方法:以近3年(2020—2022年)的实践教学改革数据为依据,通过对教学改革组与传统教学组的比较,研究提升学生工科实践水平的教学方法.结果:从实验理论知识掌握度、技能操作水平、实验报告成绩、学生对教学的满意度来看,教学改革组教学成果显著,各指标分别比传统教学组提高了19.8%、18.1%、11.8%和9.7%.结论:一体化实践教学体系更能激发学生对工程实验的兴趣,充分调动学习积极性,学生的创新能力、专业水平等方面均显著提高,更符合我国新工科的建设目标.Objective:In view of the deficiencies of the current pharmaceutical engineering practice teach⁃ing in medical colleges and universities that can't meet the requirements of the construction of new engi⁃neering courses,the single and decentralized experimental courses of pharmaceutical engineering specialty will be constructed into an integrated practice teaching mode.To evaluate the teaching effect of the new practical teaching system and explore new ideas for practical teaching of pharmaceutical engineering spe⁃cialty in medical colleges and universities.Methods:Based on the data of practical teaching reform in the past three years(2020—2022),through the comparison between the teaching reform group and the tradi⁃tional teaching group,research the teaching methods to improve the students'practical level of engineer⁃ing.Results:The teaching reform group was 19.8%,18.1%,11.8%and 9.7%higher than the traditional teaching group in terms of the mastery of experimental theoretical knowledge,skill operation level,experi⁃mental report results and students'satisfaction with teaching.Conclusion:The integrated practical teach⁃ing system can stimulate students'interest in engineering experiments and fully mobilize their enthusiasm for learning.The students'innovation ability and professional level have been significantly improved,which is more in line with the construction goal of new engineering in China.
