摘 要:随着中国医药企业逐渐从传统的仿制药领域转型到创新药物领域,对药学研究型和创新型人才科学素养的要求越来越高,科研思维的形成是科研能力培养的重要基础。在实验教学中引入课程思政元素,以学生为中心,采用PBL、翻转课堂、类设计性实验、异法同步模式等多种教学模式和方法,设置多种探索性的科研情景,增加学生的探索欲,激发学生学习的兴趣,引导学生观察实验现象,培养学生综合分析问题、解决问题的能力。With Chinese pharmaceutical companies gradually transitioning from the traditional field of generic drugs to the field of innovative drugs,the demand for pharmaceutical research and innovation talents with scientific literacy is increasing.The formation of scientific research thinking is an important foundation for cultivating research abilities.By introducing ideological and political elements into experimental teaching,adopting various teaching models and methods such as Problem-Based Learning(PBL),flipped classrooms,design-like experiments,and synchronous learning using different approaches,multiple exploratory research scenarios are created to stimulate students curiosity,arouse their interest in learning,guide them to observe experimental phenomena,and cultivate students scientific research literacy such as comprehensive analysis and problem-solving.
