摘 要:中职院校旅游专业教师队伍不断发展,为中职院校旅游人才的培养提供了支持,但在教师职业培训方面逐渐出现问题。贵州省X职业院校通过政策支持、与旅游院校合作等方式有效提高了旅游专业教师的专业技能,但在培训管理与考核制度等方面逐渐出现培训内容与教师需求不匹配、培训考核管理制度不完善等问题。基于此,本文研究CBE模式下X职业院校旅游专业教师职业培训模式的构建,以期能够促进X职业院校旅游专业教师的发展。The continuous development of tourism teachers in secondary vocational colleges has provided support for the cultivation of tourism talents in vocational colleges,but problems have gradually emerged in teachers'vocational training.Vocational college X in Guizhou province has effectively enriched the professional skills of tourism teachers through policy support and cooperation with tourism colleges,but problems gradually emerge in training management and assessment system,such as mismatch between training contents and teachers'needs and imperfect training assessment management system.Based on this,this paper studies the construction of vocational training model for tourism teachers in X vocational colleges under CBE model,in order to be able to promote the development of tourism teachers in X vocational colleges.
