应用型人才培育模式下高职英语教学的困境与优化

摘　　要：高职院校在对英语应用型人才培养过程中,存在复合型教师资源匮乏、教学理念相对滞后、教育模式单一陈旧、考核评价体系片面、学生的课堂参与度极低等问题,这不仅影响毕业生的就业,同时也不利于我国在应用型人才培养方面的可持续发展。因此,优化高职院校的英语教学必须从以下几方面进行改革:建设复合型英语教师队伍,转变高职英语教学理念,创新高职英语教学模式,更新英语教学考核评价体系,增强高职学生英语实践技能。In the process of cultivating English majors in vocational colleges,there are problems such as lack of compound teacher resources,relatively lagging teaching concepts,single and outdated education model,one-sided assessment and evaluation system,and extremely low classroom participation of students.All these problems inder the smooth transformation and upgrading of China’s economy.Therefore,English teaching in vocational colleges should start from the following respects:building a compound English teaching team,changing the concept on vocational English teaching,innovating the teaching mode,integrating English Teaching assessment and evaluation system,and enhancing practical skills of vocational English students.
