摘  要:“立德树人”是教育领域的重要理论命题,在幼儿园课程“生活化”的改革趋向下,幼儿园立德树人实践应回归幼儿在园一日生活。基于立德树人内涵及幼儿思维发展、学习方式的特殊性,幼儿园立德树人实践应植根一日生活创设的道德情境,培养幼儿初步的道德判断能力;融通一日生活,通过“具身德育”实现幼儿道德认知、情意、行为的有机统一;指向幼儿此在和未来幸福生活需要的个人修养与公民素养。一日生活蕴藏的良好教育关系、高质量的学习环境及鹰架幼儿发展的教育活动,可为幼儿园立德树人实践提供丰富的教育契机。一日生活立德树人实践要取得实效,需要幼儿园教师发挥教育机智,坚持儿童本位的关系立场,形成协同德育的教育生态,建构以幼儿直接经验为核心的活动体系。“Fostering Virtue Through Education”is an important theoretical proposition in the field of education.Under the reform trend of life-oriented kindergarten curriculum,the practice of fostering virtue through education inkindergarten should back to children's daily life.Based on the connotation of“Fostering Virtue Through Education”and the specificity of children's thinking and learning approach,kindergartens should cultivate children's initial moral judgement ability in the moral context created by children's daily life;integrate children's daily life to realize the organic unity of moral cognition,emotion and behavior through“embodied moral education”;point to the personal and civic qualities that children need for their present and future well-being.Inspired by the pyramid approach prevalent in Europe and America,children's daily life can offer abundant educational opportunities,for it contains good educational relationships,a high-quality learning environment and educational activities.To achieve effective results,teachers need to give full play to pedagogical tact,adhere to the concept of child-centralism,build a collaborative moral education ecosystem,and establish an activity system centered on children's direct experience.
