课程思政视域下飞行技术专业学生职业身份认同研究

摘  要:教育部发布《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》,文件要求“深化职业理想和职业道德教育”,学生能否实现对行业和岗位的身份认同是检验职业理想和职业道德教育的重要指标。本文基于职业身份认同理论和人类发展生态学理论,制作调查问卷,采用结构方程模型等定量分析方法开展相关分析,发现:新入学的飞行学员职业身份认同感较强,大二、大三飞行学员的职业身份认同感大幅下降,学生职业身份认同建构过程受学校教育、关键他人、压力认同、焦虑等因素的影响较大,并且压力认同、焦虑等成为影响学生的职业身份认同的中介变量。结合相关研究结果,提出了强化课程思政教育的相关建议。The Ministry of Education issued the"Guiding Outline for Curriculum Ideological and Political Construction in Higher Education Institutions",which requires"deepening of professional ideals and professional ethics education".Whether students can achieve the industry and job identity is an important indicator for testing professional ideals and professional ethics education.Based on the theory of professional identity and the theory of human development ecology,a questionnaire is made,and quantitative analysis methods such as structural equation modeling are used to carry out relevant analysis.It is found that:newly enrolled flying cadets have stronger sense of professional identity,but for sophomores and juniors the sense of professional identity drops significantly;the process of professional identity construction is greatly affected by school education,key others,pressure recognition,anxiety,etc.;stress recognition and anxiety become intervening variables affecting professional identity of the students.Based on relevant research results,suggestions are put forward to improve curriculum ideological and political education.
