教育社会学视域中大学生公共精神培育的困境及超越

摘　　要：在教育社会学视域中,公共精神培育内嵌于具体社会时空背景之中。当前,我国大学生公共精神培育面临理念冲突、制度阻滞和文化消解等方面的困境。培养具有公共品格与责任担当意识的时代新人,需在学校与社会的联合之下寻求教育变革出路、超越多方面社会因素对公共精神的遮蔽。据此提出以下策略:强化个人追求与公共理想相统一的价值导向;构建学校教育与社会生活相融通的制度保障;营造适度竞争与互利共生相依存的文化氛围。From the perspective of educational sociology,the cultivation of public spirit is embodied in the concrete social and spatiotemporal background.Currently,the public spirit education of college students in China faces the dilemma on aspects of value shock,system block and culture dispelling.To cultivate a new generation of young people with a public character and sense of responsibility,it is necessary to search the way of educational reform and transcend the shelter from social factors on public spirit with the union of the school and society.Therefore,strategies are put forward including enhancing the value orientation of the unity of personal pursuit and public ideal,constructing the system guarantee with the integration of school education and social life,and creating a cultural atmosphere with the co-existence of moderate competition and mutualistic symbiosis.
