儿童期创伤对大学生心理状况的影响——基本心理需求的中介作用

摘　　要：为探讨大学生的儿童期创伤、基本心理需求与心理状况水平之间的关系及内在影响机制,采用《儿童期创伤问卷》《基本心理需求问卷》和《简易心理状态评定量表》对1758名大学生进行调查和统计分析,结果显示:儿童期创伤和大学生心理困扰显著正相关,儿童期创伤和大学生心理困扰分别与大学生基本心理需求显著负相关,大学生基本心理需求在儿童期创伤和大学生心理困扰之间起中介作用,儿童期创伤可以直接或间接预测大学生心理状况。此外,性别、年级以及是否有留守经历等因素对前述变量的影响也存在显著差异。To explore the relationship among the childhood trauma,basic psychological needs and psychological distress of college students and the internal influence mechanism,1,758 college students were investigated by Childhood Trauma Questionnaire(CTQ-SF),Basic Psychological Needs Scale(BPNS)and Kessler Psychological Distress Scale(K-10),and a statistical analysis was made.The results showed that childhood trauma was positively correlated with psychological distress,childhood trauma and psychological distress were negatively correlated with basic psychological needs,basic psychological needs played a significant mediating role between childhood trauma and college students’psychological distress,and childhood trauma could directly or indirectly predict the psychological condition of college students.There was also significant difference in the influence of gender,grade and whether the students have left-behind experience on the above-mentioned variables.
