摘　　要：2022年9月7日,国际标准化组织正式发布国际标准《乌龙茶-定义与基本要求》(ISO 20716:Oolong tea-Definition and basic requirements),该标准规定了乌龙茶的定义、基本要求、工艺要求、化学指标要求,以及包装和标志要求等内容。文章从该标准的制订背景和意义、主要内容、基本特点及实施应用等方面进行了解读,以期促进国际标准的宣贯和认识,推动标准的落实和应用。On 7th September 2022,the International Organization for Standardization officially published the international standard:Oolong tea-Definition and basic requirements(ISO 20716:Oolong tea-Definition and basic requirements),which specifies the definition,basic requirements,process requirements,chemical index requirements,packaging and labelling requirements of Oolong tea.This paper explained the background,reason and significance,main content,basic features and application of the standard,in order to promote the dissemination and understanding of the international standard and to promote its implementation and application.
