摘  要:在课程思政大背景下,高职院校教师的文化素养直接影响学生的成长成才,决定“立德树人”核心素养的培养质量。本文从课程思政角度出发,分析高职院校英语教师文化素养与课程思政的关系,教师文化素养不高的原因,以及课程思政赋予教师文化素养的新内容,提出高职院校英语教师文化素养提升路径,以期实现高职英语课程“立德树人”根本任务。Under the background of ideological and political education integrated in curriculum,the levels of English teacher’s culture competency in higher vocational college will greatly influence students’growth,success and spiritual world,as well as decide the cultivation quality of core competency on moral education and talent cultivation.Based on the perspective of ideological and political education integrated in curriculum,the essay analyzes the relationship between English teacher’s culture competency in higher vocational college and ideological and political education integrated in curriculum,gives the reasons of teachers’low culture competency,points out that new contents has been added for cultivating English teacher’s culture competency in higher vocational college,puts forward some ways to improve English teacher’s culture competency in higher vocational college.As a result,the core task of fostering virtues through education can be completed.
