摘　　要：《新药设计与合成》课程是江苏海洋大学药学专业硕士的一门专业必修课程,药物新剂型设计部分是该门课程的核心组成部分。当前,我国仿制药质量与疗效一致性评价和带量采购工作已全面启动,传统药企大多都在进行研发方向转型,2021年度国内化学创新药物、生物创新药物、创新剂型等呈现井喷式立项与申报,在此背景下,药物新剂型设计与研制工作重要性凸显。为匹配行业发展特点与需求,课程教学团队通过探索建立角色扮演教学法和目标式教学法,注重知识向能力的转化,强调学生创新思维和主观能动性的培养,从而培养出符合制药行业市场需求的新时代高素质研发型科技人才。The course“New Drug Design and Synthesis”is a required course for master of pharmacy in Jiangsu Ocean University.The design of new drug dosage forms is the core part of this course.At present,our country quality of generic drugs and curative effect evaluation and consistency with quantity procurement work has been comprehensively launched and traditional drug firms are mostly in research and development direction of transformation,the 2021 domestic chemical innovation drugs,biological medicine,startup of blowout and declaration of the dosage form of innovation,under this background,the design and development work importance highlights new drug formulations.In order to match the characteristics and needs of the development of the industry,the course teaching team explored the establishment of role-playing teaching method and target-oriented teaching method,paid attention to the transformation of knowledge to ability,and emphasized the cultivation of students'innovative thinking and subjective initiative,so as to cultivate high-quality R&D scientific and technological talents in the new era that meet the market needs of the pharmaceutical industry.
