摘 要:目的研究分析案例情景模拟法在急诊科带教中的应用效果。方法将滨州医学院附属医院2018年6月—2019年6月急诊科室接收的实习生70名列为本次课题研究对象,临床带教中分别采取案例情境模拟法和传统带教教学方式,以此设立实验组和常规组,实习生随机平均分入2组中,教学后比较实习生临床专业学习成绩及带教质量。结果带教后,实验组实习生临床专业学习情况及带教质量均优于常规组实习生,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例情景模拟法在急诊科带教中具有显著临床价值,能够有效提高实习生临床认知能力及操作专业性,带教效果良好。Objective To study and analyze the application effect of case scenario simulation method in emergency department teaching.Methods 70 interns in the emergency department from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects of this project.The case scenario simulation method and the traditional teaching method were adopted in the clinical teaching to set up the experimental group and the conventional group.The interns were randomly divided into two groups,and the clinical professional academic performance and teaching quality of the interns were compared after teaching.Results After teaching,the clinical professional learning and teaching quality of interns in the experimental group were better than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case scenario simulation method has significant clinical teaching application value in emergency department teaching,which can effectively cultivate the clinical cognitive ability and professional operation of interns,and the teaching effect is good.
