“工匠精神”融入高职院校专业文化的实践研究——以苏州旅游与财经高等职业技术学校为例

摘　　要：以园林技术专业为例,深入分析“工匠精神”融入专业文化以促进人才培养质量提升的实践。通过将“敬业”内容融入专业职业文化、将“专注”内容融入专业人文文化、将“精益”内容融入专业技能文化、将“创新”内容融入专业精神文化等措施,有效提升高职园林技术专业的人才培养质量。总结实践经验,下一阶段应从侧重“匠德”与人才道德素质的联合打造、促进“匠规”与人才法律素养的双向提升、强化“匠艺”与人才专业能力的统一融合、注重“匠心”与人才创新能力的有机衔接等方面入手,推动“工匠精神”融入专业文化。It takes landscape technology major as an example to deeply analyze the practice of integrating craftsman spirit into professional culture to improve the quality of talent training.The school has effectively integrated the content of“dedicated”into the professional professional culture,integrated the content of“focus”into the culture of professional humanities,integrated the content of“perfection”into the culture of professional skills,and integrated the content of“innovation”into the professional spirit culture.It has improved the training quality of landscape technology major.Summarizing practical experience,the next stage should focus on the joint construction of“craftsman ethics”and talents'moral quality,promote the two-way improvement of“craftsman regulations”and talents'legal quality,strengthen the unified integration of“craftsman skills”and talents'professional ability,pay attention to the organic connection of“ingenuity”and talents'innovation ability,and deepen the integration of craftsman spirit into the construction of professional culture.
