摘 要:教师的内在生命状态深刻影响着教师的日常工作和教学质量,对教师的专业成长也起着至关重要的作用。“基于艺术的教师成长模式”关注教师内在生命的发展,将艺术审美与创作融入教师的专业发展,强调教师作为审美者、创作者、研究者和教育者四位一体的自我反思、研究和成长。教师通过审美、创作、反思、教学的整合活动,通过艺术化的描绘和阐释,对教育、对自我与教育的关系做情境性、持续性、创造性的探究,从而实现教师个人内在生命状态的提升,进而助推教师实现自主自觉的、创造性的专业发展。该模式能够丰富和提升教师的生命体验与活力,让“教育鉴赏”成为可能;激发教师的想象力,创造教育的多种可能性;发掘教师的艺术潜能,让他们实现一种艺术化的表达和生存。该模式为教师专业发展提供了新视角,有利于推动新时代教师素养的综合提升和教师教育的改革。The inner state of teachers life has a profound impact on their daily work and teaching quality,and also plays a vital role in their professional growth.The“art-based teacher growth model”focuses on the development of teachers inner life,integrates artistic aesthetics and creation into their professional development,and emphasizes their self-reflection,research and growth as experiencers,creators,researchers and educators.Through the integration of experience,creation,reflection,and teaching,and through artistic depiction and interpretation,teachers conduct situational,continuous and creative exploration of education and the relationship between self and education,thus achieving the enhancement of their personal inner state of life,which in turn helps them achieve autonomous,conscious,and creative professional development.The model enriches and enhances teachers life experience and vitality,making“educational appreciation”possible;stimulates their imagination,creating multiple possibilities in education;and explores their artistic potential,allowing them to realize an artistic expression and survival.This model provides a new perspective for teachers professional development,which is conducive to promoting the comprehensive improvement of their literacy and the development of education reform in the new era.
