摘  要:我国饲料资源匮乏,主要饲料原料(玉米、豆粕)长期依赖进口,成为制约我国养殖业发展的瓶颈。醋糟是我国非常规饲料资源之一,但因粗蛋白含量偏低、粗纤维含量高,限制了其在畜禽饲料中的直接应用。为了提高醋糟饲料化利用效率和使用范围,通过现代生物发酵技术将其变废为宝,既可减少其对环境的污染,又可实现醋糟资源的高值化利用。该文介绍了醋糟的营养成分、微生物发酵醋糟制备蛋白饲料及饲料添加剂等方面研究进展,旨在为缓解我国常规饲料资源紧张,醋糟资源饲料化利用研究提供参考和依据。The feed resource is short and the main feed materials(corn,soybean meal)rely on import for a long time,which become the bottleneck of breeding industry development in China.Cuzao(vinegar residue)is one of the unconventional feed resources in China,but its low crude protein content and high fiber content limit its direct application in livestock and poultry feed.In order to improve the utilization efficiency and range of Cuzao for feed,it can be turned into treasure through modern biofermentation technology,which can not only reduce pollution to the environment,but also realize the high value utilization of Cuzao resources.In this paper,the research progress of nutrient composition of Cuzao,preparation of protein feed and feed additive by microbial fermentation Cuzao was introduced,in order to provide reference and basis for the feed utilization of Cuzao resource to alleviate the tension of conventional feed resources in China.
